On my GNU/debian system, I had to copy it to ./i686-pc-linux-gnu/libstdc++-v3/config.cache ./i686-pc-linux-gnu/libiberty/config.cache -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=16838
