[Bug debug/25234] [2.95.2/3.3.3/4.0.0 Regression] g++ fails to emit debug information for SOME local variables in class member function that has templated local variables

gcc produces debuging info for each of the variables, so maybe again this is
gdb bug:
        .stabs  "mfacts:(1,1)",128,0,37,-41
        .stabn  192,0,0,.LBB2-.LFB994
        .stabs  "rcode:(0,1)",128,0,23,-12
        .stabs  "n:(0,4)",128,0,24,-16
        .stabs  "nfacts:(1,133)",128,0,34,-40
