Mainline with http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2005-12/msg00015.html and http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2005-11/msg01346.html doesn't ICE for me, and the same for 4.1 with just the latter patch.
