[Bug driver/24684] New: No flag documentation for gomp (openmp)

Using --help flag, there is no description of how to use OpenMP, which flag
(which is -fopenmp), etc.
Without documentation, it is impossible for ordinary users to use the Gomp
OpenMP implementation.
