Until and unless we do, I've downgraded this to P4. However, if this is fixed, let's just mark it so, and move on. In fact, if it's even in the ballpark, let's mark it fixed and move on. It's usually not very useful to chase the last few percent on a compile-time/memory testcase, as there are other places where we know we can have bigger impact.
