dlopen() on a -fmudflap -lmudflap'd DSO fails:
Sys_LoadDll(/home/wolf/.etwolf/etpro/qagame.mp.i386.so) failed:
"/usr/lib/libmudflap.so.0: undefined symbol: _start"
standalone binaries work fine.
$ ldd .etwolf/etpro/qagame.mp.i386.so
