Please make sure you're not building the latest gcc sources (gcc/libiberty/floatformat.c) with older binutils sources (src/include/floatformat.h). The function signatures were changed on Aug 17th. -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=24394
