------- Additional Comments From aaronw at net dot com 2005-06-02 00:34 ------- I traced the problem to line 3523 in libffi/configure For some reason, Sun's grep does not see the string BIGenDianSyS in the object file, but fgrep does... I guess it's another bug or issue with Sun's tools (like Sun's awk and sed being limited to 8k).
