http://www.thisiscool.com/gcc_mingw.htm and he is offering a complete MinGW package. Looking at the list of components he put in, we can see, that it says "binutils-2.15.94-20050118-1", so I guess it's a build done by the MinGW guys. -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=20791
