The following FAILs have appeared on mainline on ia64-hp-hpux11.23 between
20050323 and 20050324.

FAIL: gcc.dg/vect/vect-80.c scan-tree-dump-times Alignment of access forced
using peeling 1
FAIL: gcc.dg/vect/vect-96.c scan-tree-dump-times Alignment of access forced
using peeling 1

In addition, and possibly related, the following XPASSes have become XFAILs:

XPASS: gcc.dg/vect/vect-44.c scan-tree-dump-times Alignment of access forced
using peeling 1
XPASS: gcc.dg/vect/vect-50.c scan-tree-dump-times Alignment of access forced
using peeling 1
XPASS: gcc.dg/vect/vect-93.c scan-tree-dump-times Alignment of access forced
using peeling 3

All these changes appear with both -milp32 and -mlp64.

gcc-testresults shows the same changes on ia64-linux, a secondary target;
this is a regression from 4.0 branch.
