There is no released version, but the forthcoming 4.0 will be ok. To my best knowledge, hppa-hpux builds fine, currently and indeed, the wchar_t testsuite is clean http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-testresults/2005-02/msg00043.html if not, for you, please file a separate PR.
