If component has icons defined in .hidden/control these are not found when the component is packaged as .deb by Gambas3 and installed by apt. Because in the generated .deb-file ib the path to the control-icons the package-name is wrong. It is enclosed in single quotes: CONTENTS/usr/share/gambas3/control/'gb.deg.test' 4) Provide a little project that reproduces the bug or the crash. Two small projects are in a zip: gb.deg.test The Component – Create a .deb-file from that, you get gambas3-deganius-gb-deg-test_3.6.2-3_all.deb testproj After installation of gambas3-deganius-gb-deg-test_3.6.2-3_all.deb open testproj and see that the icons for the components are not found.
