No, You misunderstood me! Minimal version is 1.13 (1.12), and works with
any later versions. So 1.14 is good, good on Ubuntu Quantal, on Raring
and on Saucy.

I can not help it, but I'm sorry. Please use a newer operating system.
Debian is old and incompatible with any modern things.
