Hello. I'm trying to install Gambas 3.0 on my Fedora 17 system and it won't install the Gambas3-Gb-Gui package because it doesn't like the Gambas3-Runtime version. How is it possible that this condition still exists at this end of life stage of Fedora 17? I would imagine most users would develop applications with the Gui program rather than some text editor. Is there a simple solution to this problem?
Here are the messages I get from Yum: Error: Package: gambas3-gb-gui-3.0.0-2.fc17.i686 (fedora) Requires: gambas3-runtime = 3.0.0-2.fc17 Installed: gambas3-runtime-3.4.1-1.fc17.i686 (@updates) gambas3-runtime = 3.4.1-1.fc17 Available: gambas3-runtime-3.0.0-2.fc17.i686 (fedora) gambas3-runtime = 3.0.0-2.fc17 You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem Mike ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Learn the latest--Visual Studio 2012, SharePoint 2013, SQL 2012, more!
