makepkg is strictly for building archlinux packages. It comes with pacman  
[0], you are free to install it (not that it will work out of the box), but  
using two different package managers on a system will lead to trouble if  
they are not used properly(i.e. use dpkg to manage packages and pacman ONLY  
to build archlinux packages using gambas).
