OK, I see. The SidePanel handle width is proportional to the font size. As
you use a big font, it covers almost entirely the scrollbar.
I will give the SidePanel handle a fixed width, and later I will add an
option in the IDE to let choose between transparent or opaque SidePanel
(like before)
