Your code not work.
This code work:
For Each xml_r.Node.Attributes
If xml_r.Node.Name = "lat" Then ListBox1.Add("lat: " & xml_r.Node.Value)
If xml_r.Node.Name = "lon" Then ListBox1.Add("lon: " & xml_r.Node.Value)
