Hi gambas fellows, Since last revision, the Gambas 3 IDE automatically converts Gambas 2 project when it loads them.
At the moment, only forms are converted. The class and module files are kept untouched. I plan to try to analyze the source files and annotate them with all possible things that must be changed. I don't want to modify the source code automatically, it may be dangerous. For that, I have created a page in the wiki at http://gambasdoc.org/doc/gb2togb3 to take an inventory of all possible incompatibilities between Gambas 2 and Gambas 3, with their symptom, description, and solution. If you can help me to make this inventory, it would be very cool. I have started with the changes described by Ron Klinkien on its Domotiga web site. Please feel free to add your own entry in the wiki page, or mail them to the mailing-list, and I will add them for you.
