I'm trying to add a balloon message to my application, but I'm having a little problem
The balloon seems flash before my eyes for just a split second and then vanishes I've tried setting the Balloon.Delay property to an extemely high value (like 500000) and it makes no difference at all Could this be a bug? or am I doing something wrong? missing something?
