Timework has confirmed again our suspicion that the means-tested
welfare-state is the Social Scientists' Full Employment Act (SSFEA) of 1892.

Universal Basic Income, which will restore the integrity of our labor markets
and is the only practical alternative to the corruption prone means-tested
welfare-state.
