If one focuses exclusively on selling furbishes to a minute demographic
segment, on is a 'niche marketer'. If one devotes a lifetime of study to
an arcane slice of scholastic trivia, one is a 'specialist'. If one
repeats the One Big Lie often enough to get elected president, one is a
'great communicator'. But if one persists in trying to bring to light a
fundamental truth that has been systematically covered-up, one is a
'monomaniac'. 

I say, THREE cheers for that kind of monomania.
