Arthur Cordell has in effect asked me to stop posting to this list.
According to the introductory material I was sent, it's an "unmoderated"
list, open to all. It's not the moderated FW-L or "quiet room" for working
groups. I'm reluctant to believe that censorship is being practiced here
via the "jaw-boning" of those whose views are somewhat different.
I'm confident, for example, that the members of this list have, as
the expression goes, no difficulty in walking and chewing gum at the same
time. My posts in no way interfere with the opportunity of others to post
on any and all subjects. It seems to me that the fair way to run an open,
unmoderated list is reflected in the comment below:

.. a short aside to folks who do have a history with this list; its a forum.
If the discussion gets directed toward land tax or grass-root strategies
for encouraging economic democracy, well, its the call of whomever is
doing the "talking." If people tire of a discussion - DON'T WHINE, CHANGE IT.

As a forum, there are weakness - no real direction, short of critiques or
mulling over alteratives to neo-classical economics; and strengths -
people from a diverse range of backgrounds participate, with just
enough fringe perspectives to keep it fun. As was observed recently,
the diversity of opinion hones arguments. It also broadens horizens.
