This code should do what you're looking for:
Name = Field("Name");
Name = ReplaceSubstring(Name, " ", "");
Name = ReplaceSubstring(Name, "&", "");
return Name;

I am not the gifted user I might like to be and was hoping for some help.
I need a rule that will take a field (Name) in this instance, and remove
two characters when they appear, those characters are a space and the &
symbol ( &). Notice there is a space prior to the symbol, these both need
to be eliminated.
