I'm almost afraid to ask.  Heck, people in Federal prison are often able to
use e-mail directly, it seems. ;)

Hint: If they can reach your site, they probably have http access to the
Internet.  And at that point, they also have access to Hotmail and Yahoo
and Gmail and...  As a result, I have to wonder who the target audience is
that *can* reach your client's service but can't reach a free webmail service.
