cd /usr/local/src/kaa/display (or where ever you have kaa display)
python setup.py clean
rm -rf build*
rm -rf /usr/lib/python/site-packages/kaa/display*
python setup.py build
make sure you didn't get any errors reported
python setup.py isntall
