This is kernel 2.6.26 in debian lenny. If the list at
http://dl.ivtvdriver.org/ivtv/ is correct, this should mean that the
ivtv driver version is okay.

yes, same problem here.

yes, this is an option, but the main reason for buying the pvr150 was to
get live pause. So I really need to use xine I guess. My previous setup
with an older version of freevo used mplayer and worked great. I hope I
get this fixed.

So I will first try an update to squeeze (also contains now freevo 1.9)
and see how things look there and if that doesn't help try to compile a
more recent version of xine. 

Or is there a way to get livepause with the pvr150 and mplayer?
