Hi group,

After putting in a new LCD display, I have realised that the video is
delayed due to post processing done by the TV. I can set an audio delay
to match the video with the mplayer config. However I cannot figure out
how to do the same with xine. As I use xine for DVD playback, I would
like to know if it is possible to set an audio delay within either the
config file or on the command line. As I use a headless box, I cannot use
the N/n kepress option that is available for audio delay in xine, I want a
solution that is permanent.

I generally use passthrough settings to a 5.1 amplifier with ALSA. If
there is a different fix that will delay all audio via ALSA then I would
welcome such solutions as well.

Many thanks,

Justin
