I'm trying to get the livepause plugin working with dvbstreamer on a
freevo box equiped with a Matrox G400 (so DirectFB output only) and a
budget DVB card. It's got 256Mb of RAM & 512Mb of swap.

dvbstreamer is working just fine & I can start it up, point fbxine at
it and get working video, switch channels via the telnet interface etc
etc.

However, the freevo livepause plugin says "Buffering BBC 1", fills the
orange bar and then freevo segfaults with:

   Fatal Python error: (pygame parachute) Segmentation Fault

Cranking up the debugging output to the max reveals that the last
debug line output is:

   2008-09-14 02:40:27,270 DEBUG    osd.py (869): drawbox(x0=188, y0=302,
x1=580, y1=329, width=2, color=16748584, fill=0, layer=None)

It is managing to start fbxine just fine.

It drops a 100Mb core dump as well, but I've no idea whether this is
any use. Is it possible to work out where it was in the python script
from the core dump?

Any help appreciated!

Phil
