I did manage to build these drivers, but maybe you're not doing it the right way. Sangoma document state that the drivers should be built by using their ./Setup script that does all that is required.
I did use ./Setup install which builds the kernel modules, the wanrouter utilities and install all the required stuff. Then you can go back to freeswitch and build the mod_openzap/libopenzap.
