sounds like a left over shm file from a previous install attempt
ls -al /dev/shm
you'll have to start over with an ipa-server-install --uninstall
if you then have left over sem.slapd-INST-NAME.stats files, remove them
Any idea what the perms should be?, seems that import and everything
else went fine, also any additional things to get this one working
would be certainly helpful.
The package version used is 2.1.3.
