Hi,

please do note, that if you've just installed ipa, you should start a new bash 
session to ensure that code completion has been sourced, if that does not help, 
then verify that file /etc/bash_completion.d/ipa exists. If that file is 
missing, you can grab it here: 
https://github.com/freeipa/freeipa/blob/master/contrib/completion/ipa but 
something in your installation probably went wrong.
