As many organizations, we're looking at migrating some of our internal services
to the cloud. Due to the nature of our business, however, we will be stuck with
some on-prem activities for quite a few years to come, so I'm looking for
inspiration on how to design this new setup.

For instance, we have a MoinMoin based wiki which authenticates towards the IPA
server, both on-prem obviously. How would one go about migrating the wiki
server to a cloud provider? I know that the easy answer is to just create a
VPN, but that's expensive and cumbersome. I also can gather that exposing an
IPA server to the public internet is no recommended.
