I've read

for example. I am wondering if there is any progress here?
We are experimenting with K3s clusters on Raspberry Pis (5). It would be
great if FreeIPA could run inside a pod on that hardware...
freeipa-container is a separate project. Any progress will be found in
the issue you referenced.
Github Actions runners settings apply to the whole organization. We
currently have no access to arm64 runners other than adding own servers.
We don't have those servers available elsewhere as well, so they cannot
be added.
Hopefully, Github will be able to provide arm64 runners to open source
community as promised.
For freeipa/freeipa-container we may probably look at the Testing Farm
resources which would allow us to consume aarch64 (arm64) machines in
some of the ranches the Testing Farm supports. However, I'd leave this
to Jan to decide.
