I'd suggest you go and enable debug in the named configuration on the
IPA server and then collect those logs and make them available
somewhere. Without understanding what named thinks about these zones
there is pretty much nothing to help with.
sed -i "s/severity info;/severity debug;/" /etc/named/ipa-logging-ext.conf
and restart the named or the whole IPA service.
