No pointers, eh? Hmmm, well I've tried the low hanging things I can think of, like making sure the sssd cache has been removed and restarted sssd. But, the problem doesn't go away. Trawling the net has not yet revealed anything, either. :/ I should add the ipa domain has a one way trust with an AD domain.
