This reply prompted me to look closer at the ipa_hostname entry within sssd.conf on the host this morning. Unlike our other ipa-client's, this box is not managed by Chef and thus the sssd.conf was copied from another instance and only the ipa_hostname entry changed/entered manually. A portion of the actual hostname is 471 but the ipa_hostname entry was 417. Such a simple miss caused a big headache; it happens. Thank you Sumit for pointing us in the right direction; very much appreciated. _______________________________________________ FreeIPA-users mailing list -- [email protected] To unsubscribe send an email to [email protected] Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedorahosted.org/archives/list/[email protected]
