Is your FDNCFG pointing to the 1.3 or unstable repository on IBIBLIO? Some really weird things have being happening with one of the utilities used by the repository management software. I ended up changing its configuration to rely on the built-in substitute instead which is slower. Then I had it rebuild everything. But since that server no longer provides support for crc32 checksums, I forgot I also needed to upload a binary for that. Which I did do. However, I think I only forced it to rebuild the repository for unstable. Because, the index files in the 1.3 repository did not have any crc checksums. I just told it to do a forced rebuild of the 1.3 repository.
