Seriously? At the very bottom of each and every email to the mailing
lists, there is the email address of that very mailing list.
You just create a new topic by writing an email to exactly that email
address (though some of your questions by be better suited for
[email protected] than the developer mailing list).
If that is to hard, please tell us how we could possibly improve on that!?
