But don't forget software, that was compiled to use 80186/286
instructions using compiler options like, e.g., "-1" or "{$G+}" or
compressed by UPX or aPACK for speed or size reasons. Often also
accidentally, which means there is no CPU check and these programs just
hang your 808x PC.
Very recent discoveries by me were FDISK and DELTREE. Both should be
fixed now in FD 1.3 final, but I didn't try recently.
