Probably. 

In a recent post I made, I asked everyone if we should also include a floppy 
image that DOES start the Live Environment.  That floppy image could be 
included along side the CD Install Boot Floppy image. Although you can install 
the OS from the Live Environment, I don’t think a Live Floppy image should 
replace the CD Install Boot Floppy image. It is possible that on older systems 
the drivers and such required to start the Live Environment may have problems. 
So, the much simpler CD Install Boot Floppy image should be kept. 

However, no one commented on wether or not they thought it was I good or bad 
idea. So, IDK.
