It seems that new bugs can be reported to the e-mail address one can
find at the bottom of
<http://sandmann.dotster.com/cwsdpmi/knownbug.html>. Also, there's the
webmaster's e-mail on <http://sandmann.dotster.com/> and it looks like
it belongs to the developer too.
