Thanks for finding this. Looks like Embarcadero has taken down the EDN site: "This Embarcadero Developer Network (EDN) is deprecated and available here only for reference. We are working to clean up some formatting issues still, but plan to keep the content around." (https://edn.embarcadero.com/) Even their https://community.embarcadero.com/ link just lands on a blog, not a "community" site at all. I've updated our Links page with the Internet Archive link.
