It was not “removed”.
That package was renamed to htmlhelp.
Thanks for the info! I had not expected the 1.2 tree to still receive
these kinds of updates. (This rename did not affect the 1.1 tree.)
Are more of these changes expected to take place in the future? Is this
announced somewhere?
