Oh I would LOVE to go, especially because we have been talking about FreeDOS 1.3 early next year, and that would make a great topic for FOSDEM! But I've recently had to start looking for a new job (I'm not out of work, but I don't like the place where I'm at now) and I doubt I'll have found somewhere new by the November 30 deadline. So I can't commit to the deadlines. :-(
But this would be a GREAT opportunity for any FreeDOS developers. If any FreeDOS dev wants to propose a FreeDOS talk, I'd be happy to help create the presentation with you, if you would like that.
