CX = number of bytes
SS = DOS DS
SDA DTA field -> user buffer
there is no seek at all.
reading/writing through the network redirector is actually
read XXXX (16 bit) bytes at offset YYYYYYYY (32 bit)
of course you can change this field to have more bits, but are leaving
standard DOS network redirector
