Has anyone even had any contact with Blair since a few years ago? I
don't remember anything recently except some published .ZIPs in (IIRC)
2012. I take it back, it may have been even older (2009-10).

Anyways, IIRC, a while back (three years??) it was decided to replace
FDPKG in "UTIL" with FDNPKG, esp. since it can be used offline as
well, and we never noticed any complaints.

I'm not saying FDPKG is useless (not that I ever really used it) or
shouldn't be ported (if you want, sparky), so "patches welcome" is
still the mantra around here.
