Ofcourse all of this on machines with more than 4GB RAM. If below 4GB, stick to traditional methods (GRUB, Memdisk, DOS ramdisks etc) I'm not familiar with any DOS flavor of all that PAE/AWE stuff that Windows allows for some 32bit drivers and programs.
