I'm not sure how to reply to everyone.  Gmail is confuses me now.  Gotta
use it more to sort stuff out.

Just a notion I forgot to pass on awhile back.  I used to wonder if a
graphics card's RAM could be turned into a virtual drive like a RAM drive?
Set the video mode, load the device drive for a RAM drive and then just
dump the graphics data to it.  I've never seen this done on any system, but
I often thought it would be an easy API for graphics programs.  It might
not be that hard, depending on the graphics hardware.

Just finishing up my bioinformatics app.  I should have some screenshots
and documentation up on a site in day or two. I'll let you folks know where
to get a peek at it in a bit.
