I'm afraid it seems that the documentation still reflects your old 
licensing terms instead of the intended ones (only browsed through 
dpmione's readme.txt file).

Thanks for releasing these programs, I'm sure they'll come in handy for 
some experienced DOS veterans/programmers.

Think I noted MASM written down somewhere, maybe Japheth's JWASM 
compiler can handle your sourcecode.
