The Veder / Bart DOS network boot disks make that easy,
by including many drivers and using PCI identifiers to
select the right one, but of course you do not want to
have that on a floppy distro, it takes too much space.

A quick glance at the binary with a hex editor tells me
that this smells somewhat like a crynwr framework based
driver. Maybe Realtek could improve their licenses ;-)
